A statement, subject to penalties for perjury, that the information in the complaint is accurate and that you are the intellectual property owner or acting on its behalf.

Upon receiving such notification, we reserve the right to take the following actions: remove or disable access to the content; remove all links pointing to the content; notify the alleged infringer that access to the relevant content has been removed or disabled; terminate the rights of users or third parties who repeatedly infringe on the intellectual property rights of Bazaarwhiz or others to use Bazaarwhiz services, or handle the matter in accordance with other provisions of the Terms of Use or policies.
