Return & Exchange Policy
The company promises that goods meeting the following conditions can be returned within 7 days from the date of sale (based on the actual date of receipt by the customer):
The product itself has quality problems;
The product is damaged during transportation;
The wrong item was shipped, or the product does not match the order, but does not affect resale, you can apply for a return or exchange.
The following situations are not eligible for the 7-day no-reason return policy:
Personalized customized products;
The product has been used (electronic products are considered used if they are powered on);
The product and its functional components and accessories show signs of wear and tear;
The outer packaging of the product is lost or severely damaged (excluding opened packaging), which actually affects resale;
Other products that are unsuitable for return or exchange due to their nature, and which you confirmed at the time of purchase;
Other situations where the product is in poor condition and affects resale.
Return and Exchange Application Process
Returns and exchanges due to personal reasons: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, send an email application to the after-sales service center, provided that it does not affect resale. After-sales customer service will process the application within 1-3 business days after receiving the email. You are responsible for the return shipping costs.
Returns/Exchanges Due to Quality Issues: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please send an email to service@mail.bazaarwhiz.com to apply for a return. Customer service will process your request within 1-3 business days of receiving your email. Return shipping costs will be borne by the company.
Return-Related: Within 7 days of receiving the goods, please contact the courier company directly to return the goods. After receiving the goods, the courier company will inform us of the relevant refund information, and the company will complete the refund process within 15 business days.
